Except where stated otherwise, the Proprietor owns all rights in copyright to this Website including logos, text, layout, and the source code and reserves all such rights.
The Website may contain information provided by third parties in the nature of short extracts from news items, articles and information for links to third party website where the copyright is owned by those third parties. The Proprietor does not claim copyright for such material. In such cases, the Website will attribute the source of such news items and articles.

You may view, print, and reproduce any pages within this Website for which the Proprietor asserts copyright, for your personal use only, except as otherwise stated in these terms and conditions. No other use or exploitation of this Website is permissible.

Use of the Services by you

On occasion, licensed subscribers will be able to access material which is subject to suppression orders and/or other publication restrictions. Such users agree to abide by the publication restrictions as identified by the Website and by the decisions which are the subject of any such restrictions.

Unless you have been specifically permitted to do so in a separate agreement in writing with the Proprietor, you agree that you will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, distribute, trade or resell the services for any purpose other than specifically permitted by the terms and conditions of use for the Website.

Unless the Proprietor has given you specific written permission to do so, you may not assign (or grant a sub-licence of) your rights to use the Website.

The Proprietor reserves the right to restrict/prevent access to the subscriber only portion of the site on the basis that it is required to restrict access to only users of legal or technical publications, due to publication restrictions placed on some of the decisions available.

The Proprietor may at any time, terminate its legal agreement with you if:

(A) you have breached any provision of these terms and conditions (or have acted in manner which clearly shows that you do not intend to, or are unable to comply with the provisions of the terms); or

(B) the person/firm/organisation with whom the Proprietor offered the services to you has terminated their/its relationship with the Proprietor.

(C) the provision of the services to you by the Proprietor is, in the Proprietor’s opinion, no longer commercially viable. The Proprietor agrees to refund any subscriptions which have been prepaid but for which the services have not been provided, if the Proprietor ceases providing the service.

Your passwords and account security

All licensed subscribers agree that they are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords associated with any account used to access paid subscriber portions of the Website and that passwords are not to be provided to anyone or any entity who/which is not a paid subscriber accessing the Website by virtue of the same subscriber account. If you become aware of any unauthorised use of your password/account, you agree to notify the Proprietor immediately. You may be required to change password details.

Prices

Subscription prices for access to pay only portions of the Website are payable in advance. Monthly, quarterly and annual invoicing are available to customers. Users can cancel their subscription by giving one month's notice. For further subscriber information, read more.

The Proprietor reserves the right to vary the prices for any of its services subject to giving users at least one month’s notice of any price increases.

If payment is not received by the due date, the Proprietor reserves the right to immediately and without further notice suspend access by the licensed subscriber/s to its paid user only services.

From time to time this Website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience. The proprietor accepts no responsibility or liability in relation to any content or security of any other website(s). Having the links on this Website does not mean that the Proprietor endorses or approves of the website(s) or their contents, and you access them at your own risk. Submissions

In submitting any written material to the Proprietor, the submitter warrants that the material submitted is either non-proprietary, or the copyright material of the submitter. Information Collection and Used by the Proprietor
